Reporting from Zipmex Indonesia , a crypto asset trading site, the following is the ups and downs of Bitcoin's value from year to year.
In 2011, the price of Bitcoin had jumped from 1 US dollar to 32 US dollars in June. This 3,200 percent increase, followed by a sharp recession and sent the price to its lowest value in November of 2 US dollars.

The first bubble occurred when the price jumped to 220 US dollars in the early week of April 2013. However, this increase seems to have also been followed by a sharp recession and in mid-April the value became 70 US dollars.
Still in the same year, towards the end of the year precisely in October, Bitcoin was again traded at a value of 123.30 US dollars and in December the price experienced a tremendous surge with a value of 1.156 US dollars. This increase did not last long, because three days later the value of BTC fell back to 760 US dollars.

At the beginning of 2017, after experiencing an increase in the first two months, BTC rose to a value of 957.70 US dollars in March and became 20 thousand US dollars in December 2017.
In 2019, the price of Bitcoin managed to surpass 10 thousand US dollars. However, almost the same as the trips in previous years, the value fell back to only 7 thousand US dollars by the end of the year.
Despite having experienced ups and downs during the Covid-19 Pandemic, in 2021 Bitcoin experienced an all-time high of 61 US dollars. However, in mid-May, its value fell sharply to touch Rp. 400 million. When this article was written, Bitcoin was recorded at a value of 60.9 thousand US dollars or Rp. 865 million.
Despite having experienced ups and downs, Bitcoin is predicted to be able to maintain its overall value with a future that looks to be very bullish . The number of leading asset adoption rates is still experiencing significant growth.
Cathie Wood of Ark Investment still believes that it is not too late for investors to buy Bitcoin, as its value is expected to reach 500 thousand US dollars.
